Ingredients: Demerara Sugar, Molasses (Refinery Syrup, Cane Molasses, Caramel Color), Sugar, Salt, Maple Syrup, Rendered Bacon Fat, Spice, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Wheat Gluten, Corn Protein, Natural Flavor, Yeast Extract, Bacon (Cured with Water, Salt, Sodium Erythorbate, Sodium Nitrate, Invert Sugar and Bacon Fat.

Recipe: Pan Seared Chicken with Roasted Brussel Sprouts

• 4 Tbsp canola oil, divided
• 1 lb Brussel sprouts, trimmed and quartered
• 2 Tbsp McCormick Maple Bacon Sugar Seasoning
• 1 lb thinly-sliced boneless chicken breast cutlets
• 1/4 cup water

1. Toss Brussel Sprouts with 2 Tbsp oil to coat. Spread in single layer on foil-lined 15x10x1 inch baking pan
2. Roast Brussel sprouts in preheated 375°F oven for 30 minutes until tender and lightly browned, stirring halfway through cooking. Remove from oven and and toss with 1 Tbsp Maple Bacon Sugar Seasoning.
3. Meanwhile, heat remaining 2 Tbsp oil in a large deep skillet on medium high heat. Add chicken breast cutlets; cook 4 minutes per side, until browned and cooked through. Stir in remaining 1 Tbsp Maple Bacon Sugar Seasoning along with water, turning to coat.

Serve chicken with Brussel Sprouts. Makes 4 servings
