Italian Panko-Crusted Chicken Recipe

• 1 Cup McCormick Italian Herb Panko Bread Crumbs
• 1 egg
• 2 tbsp. water
• 1 lb thinly sliced boneless skinless chicken breasts or chicken tenders.

1. Preheat oven to 450° F.
2. Place McCormick Panko Bread Crumbs in a shallow dish.
3. Beat egg and water in a separate shallow dish.
4. Dip cut up chicken pieces in egg mixture, then dip into Panko Bread Crumbs and coat evenly on both sides. Discard any remaining egg mixture and Panko Bread Crumbs.
5. Bake chicken on foil-lined shallow baking pan for 12 minutes or until cooked through.

Chicken Parmesan Recipe

1. Make recipe above (Italian Crusted Chicken Recipe)
2. Spoon marinara sauce over chicken.
3. Sprinkle with shredded Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
4. Bake for 5 minutes longer to melt cheese.
