Use McCormick Parmesan Breading to bread meats such as pork, veal, turkey and chicken and contains Parmesan cheese for added depth of flavor.

Ingredients: Bread Crumbs (Bleached Wheat Flour, Dextrose, Yeast, Partially Hydrogenated Soybean and Cottonseed Oil and Salt), Parmesan Cheese (cultured Part-skim Milk, Salt and Enzymes), Salt, Enzyme-modified Parmesan and Romano Cheese (made from cow's Milk, Cheese Cultures, Salt, Enzymes and Calcium Chloride), Spices, Autolyzed Yeast Extract, Disodium Phosphate, Paprika, Garlic Powder, Whey Solids (Milk) and Granulated Onion. Allergy Information: Contains Wheat and Milk.

Usage Instructions

1. Place Parmesan Breading Mix on a baking sheet or other flat container.
2. Dip prepared pieces of meat into a mixture of 1 egg and 1 cup milk, hold for a moment to allow excess liquid to drain off, then dip into the breading mix coating both sides.
3. If desired, let sit for 5 minutes then repeat coating.
4. Allow to sit for 5 minutes before cooking.
   Alternate method using buttermilk: Place meat into a bowl of buttermilk. Let sit for 20 minutes. Follow breading instructions above.
