- 1 1/2 pounds extra lean ground beef or lean ground turkey breast
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup cracker meal or bread crumbs
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp parsley flakes
- 1/2 cup grated fresh parmesan cheese
- In a small bowl scramble eggs, and combine with seasonings, crumbs and cheese.
- Place beef in large bowl, add eggs, crumbs, and seasoning mixture. Mix well.
- Shape into 1 inch balls, separating layers with wax paper.
- Cook meatballs in 9 inch non-stick pan until brown, approximately 15-20 minutes.
