- 2 lb lean ground beef
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 1 egg
- 2 tsps Accent Flavor Enhancer
- 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
- 2 tbsps butter
- 2 (14 oz) bottles pizza sauce
- 10 oz jar currant jelly or apple jelly
- Mix ground beef, onion mix, egg, bread crumbs and Accent together and form meat balls.
- Saute balls in butter until browned.
- Thirty minutes before serving, heat pizza sauce and jelly together.
- if you wish, pineapple chunks can be added to this.
- Add meat balls and simmer 25 minutes.
