Recipe: Miracle Whip Chocolate Cake

1 cup sugar
1 cup Miracle Whip
2 cups unbleached flour
2 tsp baking soda
4 tbsp Hershey's Cocoa
1 cup hot water

Icing:
1/2 cup melted butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup milk
1 3/4 cup confectioners sugar

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Blend sugar, and Miracle Whip.
3. Mix Hershey's Cocoa and baking soda. Add to hot water and mix well.
4. Add alternately with flour to the sugar mixture.
5. Bake 35-40 minutes.

To make icing:
1. In a sauce pan, melt butter, then add brown sugar. Boil 2 minutes while stirring constantly.
2. Add milk, stir in, and remove from heat. Allow to cool.
3. Mix in confectioners sugar a little at a time.
