Missouri Red Chili Ingredients
In a quart sauce pan fry suet until crisp. Add stew beef, brown. Add remaining ingredients EXCEPT grits. Heat to boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 2 hours. Stir in grits, simmer uncovered for additional 30 minutes. Stir frequently. Serve Missouri Red Chili with rice,not beans.
