Ingredients in Mocha Pecan Ice Cream
To make Mocha Pecan Ice Cream
- Scald together in double boiler until slightly thick; milk and beaten eggs.
- Add strong coffee and sugar.
- When cool add cream, pinch of salt and vanilla.
- Freeze
- Beat with electric beater until smooth.
- Freeze again.
Serve Mocha Pecan Ice Cream when well frozen.
