Following the generations old family recipe for Biscottie that she learned as a your girl, Nonni selects only the finest ingredients to ensure the ultimate gourmet biscotti. Nonni uses the freshest almonds, walnuts, flour, eggs and butter.  Nonni then blends these ingredients, forms the cookie, bakes them twice to a prefect light crunch and adds a hint of anise. As a final flavor accent, Nonni tops the biscotti with crumbled almonds generously sprinkling the almonds on top of each delicious Originali Biscotti.
