5 medium potatoes (preferably new white potatoes)
1-1/2 cups mayonnaise
4 tbsps freshly chopped onion
2 tbsps freshly chopped celery
1 tsp OLD BAY SEASONING
2 fresh eggs, hard boiled, coarse chopped
1. Boil in water until tender (be careful not to overcook); drain well.
2. Add mayonnaise, onion, celery, and OLD BAY SEASONING. 3. Mix together and blend well.
4. Fold in chopped eggs.
5. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours or more.
