1 16 oz can salmon
1/2 cup cracker crumbs (or break up Saltines)
2 eggs
1 - 2 tsps Old Bay Seasoning
Canola Oil
1. Drain salmon and remove bones
2. Crumble crackers
3. Beat eggs
4. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl
5. Form salmon patties putting them on a plate lined with wax paper
6. Heat oil in frying pan or oven broil
7. Cook turning salmon patties once until golden brown on both sides
