Honey Tree's All Natural Low Glycemic Index Sweetener made from the Agave Plant. Gluten Free. Blue Agave strong sweetening properties make Agave a great choice for sweetening coffee, tea, smoothies and other beverages. A low Glycemic Index means that Blue Agave is slowly absorbed by the body and does not cause the same rapid increase in blood sugar levels like table sugar. Blue Agave Sweetener can be used as a topping for breads, toast, pancakes and waffles. Agave Nectar is 25% sweeter than sugar. So you can use less and get the same level of sweetness.

Use Agave Nectar as an organic substitute for corn syrup in baking and cooking. Honey Trees Organic Blue Agave is pasteurized (heated to 160-170 degrees).
