1 whole chicken cut up
1 cup soy sauce
1 cup rice wine
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 cup canola or olive oil
1. Mix soy sauce, rice wine, ginger,sugar and oil in a large ziploc bag; mix well.
2. Add chicken pieces to marinade in ziploc bag; coat well.
3. Marinate at least 1/2 hour in the refrigerator.
4. Grill for 45 mins to 1 hr or until tender and brown.
