3 to 4 pounds spare ribs
2 thinly sliced onions
2 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp Worchester Sauce
1 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp chili owder
3/4 cup catsup
3/4 cup water
1/2 tsp red pepper
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
2. Sprinkle ribs with salt and pepper.
3. Place ribs in roaster, and cover evenly with sliced onions.
4. Make a sauce by combining the remaining ingedients. Pour sauce over the ribs.
5. Cover pan and bake for 1 1/2 hours, removing the cover for the last 15 minutes to allow ribs to brown.
