4 Pork chops
1 cup white vinegar
1/8 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tsp Tabasco Sauce
1 tsp dry mustard
1 6oz can tomato sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp salt
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a large non-stick skillet, brown pork chops.
3. Meanwhile, in a 1 quart Pyrex mixing cup, combine the rest of the ingredients. Blend well.
4. Place chops in casserole or baking pan, and pour sauce over chops.
5. Cover and bake for 1 hour.
