Product Recipes
- 2 tbsps flour
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 2 tbsps water
- 1 pt oysters with liquid
- 1 qt milk, scalded
- 1 tsp butter or margarine
- Combine flour, salt, pepper and water.
- Blend to a smooth paste.
- Stir in oysters and liquid.
- Simmer oysters over low heat until their edges curl.
- Pour mixture into milk.
- Remove pan from heat, cover and let stand 15 mins. to improve flavor.
- Add butter and reheat.
