10 chicken drumsticks
1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
2/3 cup milk
1 tsp salt
3/4 cup flour
6 tbsps corn meal
1 tsp paprika
1/4 cup butter or margarine
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
1. Thoroughly mix peanut butter, milk and salt.
2. Mix flour, corn meal and paprika.
3. Melt butter in foil lined flat shallow baking sheet in oven about 5 mins. Remove from oven.
4. Dip chicken drumsticks in peanut butter mixture.
5. Coat with flour mixture.
6. Place in melted butter on baking sheet.
7. Bake, uncovered 20 mins; turn chicken drumsticks bake an additional 15 - 20 mins, or until tender and brown.
Servings: 5 - 2 drumsticks per person
