- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups crushed pineapple, undrained
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup walnuts
- Stir all ingredients together well.
- Pour into greased 9 X 12 inch pan and bake about 40 minutes.
- When cool, frost with icing.
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 1/2 to 2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1 tbsp pure vanilla extract
- Whip cream cheese and butter together.
- Add sugar and vanilla.
- Blend well.
