• 1 box Duncan Hines white cake mix
• 2 pkgs instant pistachio pudding mix
• 4 eggs
• 1/2 cup water
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1/2 cup oil
• 1/2 cup chopped pistachio kernels (optional)

Frosting

1 pkg pistachio pudding
• 9 oz carton Cool Whip topping

1. Mix all cake ingredients together thoroughly.
2. Bake in a 9 x 13 inch baking pan as directed on cake mix package.
3. Cool cake.
4. Mix ingredients for frosting and frost the cooled cake.
