Recipe: Pork Tenderloin A La Asparagus

- 8 pieces pork tenderloin or cutlets
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 can cream of asparagus soup
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 3 oz can mushrooms, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- dash of pepper
- Pound to flatten pork. Brown pork in butter. Set aside.
- In small skillet, blend soup and milk.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Add pork, cover and simmer 40 to 45 minutes.
- Serve sauce over meat.
