1 pound sliced pork butt
1 teaspoon salt, or to taste
pepper
1 large onion, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 can tomato sauce, 8 ounces
Accent
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 bay leaf
1/2 cup water
1 package frozen peas, 10 ounces
1 small can pimento
Brown pork. Add salt, pepper, onions and garlic.
Cook until pork is done.
Add tomato sauce, Accent, vinegar, soy sauce, bay leaf and water.
Add more water if gravy is too thick.
Add green peas.
Cook until peas are done. Add pimento.
Serve on hot rice.
