- 2 cups sugar
- 1 19oz can pumpkin
- 3 cups flour
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/4 cup canola oil
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 3 tsp ground sugar
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- Preheat oven to 350° f.
- Mix together the canola oil and sugar.
- Add eggs.
- Mix dry ingredients together, and then mix into sugar mixture.
- Gently stir in nuts. Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake for 1 hour.
