1 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp groung nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground cloves
3 slightly beaten eggs
1 1/4 cup milk
1 6oz can evaporated milk
1 9 inch unbaked pastry shell.
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
2. Thoroughly combine the pumpkin, sugar, salt, and spices.
3. Blend in the eggs, milk, and evaporated milk.
4. Pour into pastry shell.
5. Bake about 50 minutes* or until a inserted near center comes out clean.
6. Cool before serving.
8. Serve with vanilla ice cream, if desired.
