2 cups canned pumpkin
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 cup granulated brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp salt
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp allspice
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1 large (or 2 small) prepared pie crust and pan
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Beat eggs
3. Mix pumpkin, cream, brown sugar, beaten eggs, salt, and seasonings in mixing bowl. Beat for 1 minute to mix well.
4. Pour pumpkin mix into pie pan.
5. Place into oven, and bake for 1 hour.
6. Allow to cool. Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
