- 2 cups tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- Velveeta cheese, slices
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 medium pepper, chopped
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Brown hamburger with onion and pepper.
- Add cooked macaroni, garlic salt and pepper.
- Turn into 2 qt casserole.
- Mix in tomato sauce.
- Top with cheese slices
- Bake for 30 minutes.
