- 1 pkg frozen broccoli (cooked)
- 4-6 chicken breast halves (cooked)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp curry powder
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- slivered almonds
- bread crumbs
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Put broccoli on the bottom of a casserole dish and top with chicken breasts.
- Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, curry powder and cream of chicken soup; mix well.
- Pour mixture over the top of the chicken breasts.
- Sprinkle with slivered almonds and bread crumbs.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
