Product Recipes
- 1 lb ground beef (preferably ground chuck)
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1-2 shredded carrots
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Mix all ingredients except cream of mushroom soup.
- Make mixture into 1" balls.
- Put into 9x13" baking pan.
- Spread mushroom soup over top.
- Bake at 350° F for 1 hour.
Tips: You can substitute cream of celery for mushroom soup.
Use an ice cream dipper to form the meatballs.
