- 4 slices bacon, diced
- 3 tbsp chopped onion
- 2 tbsp chopped celery
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 3 tbsp chopped green pepper
- 4 cups cooked or canned tomatoes
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp salt
- dash cayenne pepper
- 3 cupes cooked rice
- 2 cups chopped shrimp
- Fry bacon and dice.
- Add onion, celery, parsley, and green pepper. Cook until onion is clear, stirring occasionally.
- Add tomatoes, salt, cayenne, and chili powder. Cook slowly until thick.
- Add shrimp and cook until heated.
- Serve over rice.
