- 1 lb sausage
- 2 tsps garlic pepper blend seasoning
- 3 celery stalks, diced
- 1 can tomato paste
- 2 cans tomato sauce
- 16oz can kidney beans, drained
- rice
- Brown sausage and add 1 can tomato sauce and paste.
- Add garlic pepper blend seasoning and celery to sausage mixture.
- Add kidney beans to sausage mixture, then add 1 can tomato sauce and simmer.
- Let simmer as long as possible. The simmering is the secret, the longer the better.
- When ready, serve over rice.
