Recipe: Refrigerator Rolls

1 cup Crisco shortening
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 cup boiling water
2 eggs, beaten
1 tbsp dry yeast
1 cup warm water
6 cups unsifted bread flour

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Grease muffin pans

1. Pour boiling water over shortening in large mixing bowl.
2. Add sugar and salt and let cool slightly.
3. Add eggs to mixture.
4. In a small bowl, sprinkle yeast into warm water and stir until dissolved; add to mixture.
5. Add flour and blend well.
6. Lightly grease top of dough with shortening and cover.
7. Place in refrigerator at least 4 hours.
8. Make into rolls; place in greased muffin pans and put into oven on warm to rise to desired height.
9. Brush with butter and bake for approximately 8 - 10 mins.
10. Remove from oven and brush top with butter to stay soft.
