To make Rhubarb Crunch

  1. Preheat oven to 375° F.
  2. Grease a 7 x 11 inch oblong baking pan.
  3. Combine rhubarb, sugar and 3 tbsps of flour.
  4. Place in a 7 x 11 inch oblong greased baking pan.
  5. Combine brown sugar, oats, and 1 1/2 cups of flour.
  6. Cut in butter and shortening.
  7. Sprinkle over rhubarb mixture.
  8. Dust with cinnamon.
  9. For a variation, mix in a few strawberries with rhubarb.
  10. Bake at 375° F for about 40 minutes.
  11. Serve warm.
