3 tbsp Hidden Valley The Original Ranch Dressing Mix
2 lbs small red potatoes, quartered
1/4 cup canola oil

1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
2. Place potatoes in a gallon size ziploc bag.
3. Add oil to bag and toss to coat the potatoes.
4. Add dressing mix to bag and toss until coated.
5. Put potatoes on ungreased baking pan.
6. Bake at 450 degrees for 35 minutes.
