1 16 oz can salmon
1/2 cup cracker crumbs (or break up Saltines)
2 eggs
1/4 tsp McCormick Ground Black Pepper
Canola Oil
- Drain salmon and remove bones.
- Crumble crackers.
- Beat eggs.
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
- Form salmon patties putting them on a plate lined with wax paper.
- Heat oil in frying pan or oven broil.
- Cook turning salmon patties once until golden brown on both sides.
