1 (15 ounce) can salmon
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons horseradish
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke
1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
1 teaspoon dried dill weed
Remove skin and bones from salmon if not already done. Mix chopped onion, horseradish, lemon juice, parsley, liquid smoke, Old Bay seasoning, dill weed into softened cream cheese. Blend all ingredients well with softened cream cheese. Fold salmon into cream cheese mixture. Season to taste by adding more Old Bay seasoning if desired. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with a variety of different crackers.
