Product Recipes
- 4 medium tomatoes, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup onion finely chopped
- 1/2 cup celery finely chopped
- 1/4 cup green peppers finely chopped
- 2 tbsp canola oil
- 2-3 tbsp chopped chilis
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp mustard seed
- 1 tsp each salt and pepper
- 1 tsp cilantro leaves
- Mix all ingredients together. Cover and chill.
