1 qt vinegar

6 bay leaves
10 cloves
10 whole peppercorns

Soak meat 5 days in vinegar and water to cover.
Add bay leaves, cloves, peppercorns, salt and pepper and as many onions as you like
Cook slowly about 3 to 4 hours.
Add gingersnaps.
When meat is almost finished, put in frying pan
4 tbsps canola oil
5 to 6 tbsps flour
1/2 tsp sugar
Brown, add small amout of water and mix to a paste.
Add to meat and let cook 1/2 hour longer.
