1 lb ground chicken
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
2 tbsp chili sauce
1 8oz can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp Lawry's Seasoned Salt
1/4 tsp basil leaves
1/4 tsp thyme leaves
Rolls
1. Place ground chicken in non-stick frying pan, and cook until no pink color can be seen.
2. Add onion, and celery, mix in well. Cook until color of onion begins to clear.
3. Add chili sauce, basil, and thyme. Cook on low, stirring occasonally, an additional 5 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
Serve on toasted hamburger, kaiser, or subrolls as desired.
Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
