1 medium green or red pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped (we prefer vidallia because they are so sweet)
1/2 cup celery, finely diced
1 cup crabmeat (use more if desired)
1 cup shrimp (cleaned and chopped, use more if desired)
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp dill weed
1 tbsp parsley
1 cup butter or margarine
1 cup buttered bread crumbs
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
1. Combine all ingredients except bread crumbs.
2. Place in oven proof casserole dish. (May use 6 individual casserole dishes)
3. Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
4. Bake for 30 mins.
This is a great recipe to prepare ahead of time and refrigerate until ready to cook.
Can sprinkle Parmasen cheese on top during the last 5 mins of cooking to add additional favor to dish.
