- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 cups light cream
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Nutmeg
- 1 9-inch unbaked pie shell
- Preheat over to 350° f.
- Mix together the flour and brown sugar, and spread evenly over the bottom of the pie crust.
- Add cream and vanilla.
- Slice butter into pieces and distribute over top of pie.
- Sprinkle with nutmeg.
- Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until firm.
