Recipe: Shish Kebob
Recipes using Nina Chopped Garlic

- 3 and 1/2 lbs leg of lamb, cut into 1" cubes
- 1 lb small onions
- 1 lb cocktail tomatoes
- 3 green bell peppers, cut into eighths
- 1 1/2 tsp chopped garlic
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup wine
- 1/2 cup olive oil
Prepare marinade with garlic, onion, lemon juice, wine, and olive oil. Marinate lamb cubes 4 - 24 hours in refrigerator. Alternate meat cubes, pepper, onions and tomatoes on skewer. Broil on red hot charcoal until meat is done. Serve with rice pilaf. Yield: 6-8 skewers, one per person.
