Recipe: Smokey Ham Balls

Smokey Ham Ball Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lbs ground smoked ham
- 2 lbs ground lean pork
- 1 lb ground lean beef
- 3 eggs
- 3 cups crushed graham crackers
- 1 1/2 - 2 cups milk
Sauce
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 2 - 2 1/4 cups brown sugar
- 2 tsps dry mustard
- 3/4 cup vinegar
- 1/4 tsp white pepper
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Mix meats together.
- Add eggs, crackers and milk.
- Mix together well.
- Use 1/2 cup measurer to make the ham balls.
- Place the ham balls in a shallow 9x13 inch baking pan.
- Combine the sauce ingredients (do not cook).
- Pour sauce over the ham balls.
- Bake ham balls at 350° F for 1 hour.
Servings: 25-30
