Snappy Cocktail Meatballs Ingredients
- 3 tbsp brown gravy mix
- 1-1/2 pounds lean ground beef
- 2 tbsp prepared horseradish
- 1 tbsp parsley flakes
- 1 tsp basil leaves
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Snappy Cocktail Meatballs Ingredients
- Preheat oven to 375° F.
- Place ground beef in a large bowl.
- Combine all seasoning in a measurng cup, and mix together with a fork.
- Add seasoning mix to ground beef, and mix thoroughly.
- Cover a cookie sheet with non-stick aluminum foil.
- Shape beef mixture into 1 inch sized meatballs and place on cookie sheet so that they are not touching to they cook evenly.
- Bake 10-15 minutes until inside is done.**
- Serve Snappy Cocktail Meatballs with Honey-Mustard Dressing.
** Because oven temperatures vary, cooking times are approximate. Prevent food borne illness by always cooking meat until no redness is visible when sliced. Use a cooking thermometer, and make sure beef reaches an internal temperature of 160 degrees before serving.
