Sour Cream Salmon Bake Ingredients
- 2 cans salmon
- 2 cans condensed cream of potato soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 small onion, grated
- 1/2 cup coarse soft bread crumbs (1 slice)
- 1 tbsp dried chopped chives
To make Sour Cream Salmon Bake
- Preheat oven to 375° F.
- Drain, debone, and flake salmon.
- Combine with soup, onion, and bread crumbs in a medium size bowl.
- Toss lightly to mix well.
- Spoon into a greased 9x9x2 inch baking pan.
- Spoon sour cream in rows on salmon mix.
- Sprinkle with dried chopped chives.
- Bake Sour Cream Salmon Bake in a 375° F oven 25 minutes or intil bubbly hot.
- Cut Sour Cream Salmon Bake into serving size squares.
- Lift Sour Cream Salmon Bake out with a pancake turner.
