This yellow food color is an economical, yet quality yellow food coloring produced by McCormick in their no-nonsense Spice Classics product line. Yellow food color is often labeled as egg shade for its use to impart the color egg yolks provide to baked goods. Use food color to add color to your recipes without imparting any flavor.

Ingredients: Water, FD&C Yellow No. 5, Citric Acid and 0.1% Sodium Benzote Added As A Preservative and FD&C Red No. 40.
