Ingredients in Spinach Balls
- 2 packages frozen chopped spinach (cook and drain well)
- 2 cups Pepperidge Farm herb dressing (or 1 box of stuffing mix)
- 2 small onions, minced
- 5 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 sticks butter or margarine, softened
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon thyme
To Make Spinach Balls
- Beat eggs and butter until smooth.
- Add onions, garlic salt, pepper, and thyme; mix well.
- Fold in cooked and drained spinach and herb dressing.
- Let mixture stand in refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Form mixture into balls; place on cookie sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 350° F.
