2 cups strawberries, sliced and mashed
3 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp McCormick Ground Cinnamon
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups canola oil
1 1/2 cups broken pecans
4 eggs
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees
2. Sift dry ingredient together into a large mixing bowl
3. Beat eggs, then the beaten eggs and oil to the dry mix. Mix well
4. Fold in berries and nuts
5. Pour into to large, greased, non-stick loaf pans
6. Bake one hour
7. Cool in pans, then remove.
