Stuffed Mushrooms
Cut off bread crusts. Butter and place buttered side down in muffin pan (small cups) to make shells. Bake at 400° F for 10 minutes. Heat onions in butter. Add mushrooms and cook until butter is absorbed. Add flour, then add cream and bring to a boil and simmer for a few minutes. Add salt and pepper and lemon juice. Chill. Fill shells and bake at 350° for 10 minutes.
