• 10 pounds ground beef
• 5 pounds ground pork
• 10 pounds ground potatoes
• 5 pounds ground onions
• 1/2 tsp ground allspice
• 1/2 cup sea salt
• 2 tbsp white pepper

1. Mix ingredients together.
2. Stuff into casings that have been rinsed well.
3. To cook a ring, place in a frying pan with about 1 inch of water. Bring to a boil, and cook for about 45 minutes.

Extra rings may be frozen while raw.
