Product Recipes
- 1 frying chicken, cut up
- 1 cup peanut oil
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp white pepper
- In a skillet, brown chicken in peanut oil.
- Remove chicken and pour off all fat except about 2 tbsp.
- Place chicken back in skillet, and add remaining ingredients.
- Cover, and simmer until chicken is cook through, and is tender.
