Recipe: Sweet Potatoes and Onions

• 2 tbsps each, oliver oil and butter or margarine
• 1 large sweet onion peeled and sliced
• pinch allspice
• 1/8 tsp cinnamon
• 5 medium sweet potatoes, cooked
• 2 tsp dried parsley flakes

Peel and dice potatoes in 1/3 inch cubes. Heat a large frying pan and add the oil, butter, and onion. Saute for a few minutes until the onion is clear, then add the spices, salt, and pepper. Add the diced potatoes and saute until lightly browned. Toss with the parsley just before serving.. Good recooked like hashbrowns.
